The Game Awards : Le palmarès

L'équivalent des Oscars pour les jeux-vidéos, les Game Awards sont le Graal pour tous développeurs récompensant des années de travail.

En plus des récompenses, cela a été l'occasion pour certains jeux de refaire surface. L'un des moments qui a le plus marqué cette troisième édition est la récompense "Icone de l'Industrie" qui a été attribuée à Hideo Kojima. Geoff Keighley, l'organisateur, a tenu à remettre ce trophée au Game Designer, et ami, en le gratiffiant d'un discours élogieux. Hideo Kojima, comme à son habitude, est resté très humble et a terminé son discours en disant "j'ai un petit cadeau pour vous pour les fêtes. Profitez." Oui, il s'agissait bien d'un nouveau trailer de la dernière création de Kojima Productions : Death Stranding.

Mass Effect : Andromeda, The Walking Dead saison 3, The Legend ofZelda : Breath of the Wild, Prey... Pour ne citer qu'eux, ils ont répondu présents.
